Kurt Brugger

Kurt Brugger ( born March 17, 1969 in St. Georgen near Bruneck ) is a former South Tyrolean luger and mountaineers.

Kurt Brugger was a longtime member of the Italian team of the luger. With Wilfried Huber, he won the gold medal in doubles at the 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer. 1992 Albertville and Nagano 1998 they finished in fifth place, respectively.

At World Championships Huber and Brugger won three medals: 1990 in Calgary they were second, 1993 in Calgary and 1995 in Lillehammer they finished respectively third place. Twice she won silver at European championships: 1992 in Winterberg and 1994 King 's Lake.
