Kushikatsu

Kushikatsu (Japanese串カツ) are Japanese skewers from the region of Kanto ( around Tokyo ). They come in many variations, such as meat or seafood, skewered on the Bambusspießchen, breaded and deep fried it.

Breaded with Panko is usually, of a kind used in the bread crumbs Japan.
