Kuurne–Brussels–Kuurne
Kuurne -Brussels- Kuurne is a Belgian cycling race. The race starts in the West Flemish town of Kuurne and via Brussels also get back. It takes place annually in late February on the Sunday after Omloop Het Volk instead. Kuurne -Brussels- Kuurne belongs since 2005 to the UCI Europe Tour and is classified in category 2.1.
Spectacular, the course of the race was in February 2010 because of the storm Xynthis ruled extreme conditions. Storm, rain and cold. Of 198 drivers were started only 26 finish; because of a fallen tree had to be shortened the distance by 20 kilometers.
