The Kuvasz is a recognized by the FCI Hungarian breed (Group 1, Section 1, Standard No. 54).

Origin and History

The name Kuvasz comes as the dogs originally, ie from the Turkish- Asian region from the word Kawash or kavass that as much as armed security guards or archer. Description

The Kuvasz is an impressive dog with its up to 76 cm at the withers and up to 62 kg in weight.
