Kuwana (Japanese桑 名 市, -shi) is a city in the Japanese prefecture of Mie.
Geography
Kuwana is located southwest of Nagoya and Yokkaichi north of Ise Bay.
History
Kuwana was during the Edo period, a post office (宿 场 町, Shukuba -machi ) of the Tōkaidō.
