KV15 Tomb of Ramses I

The ancient Egyptian tomb KV16 is located in the Valley of the Kings. It is the grave of Ramses I, a pharaoh of the 19th dynasty. It was on 10-11. October 1817 excavated by Giovanni Battista Belzoni. The grave was robbed earlier during the 21st dynasty of looters and the mummy of Ramses I. was stolen. The plant is relatively small and unfinished, but decorated. There are a grave chamber and three side chambers.
