KV31

KV31 Tomb of Unknown

The ancient Egyptian tomb KV31 in the Valley of the Kings was discovered in 1817 by Giovanni Battista Belzoni, who dug for Earl Belmore.

The grave owner is unknown and also about the grave itself nothing more is known, so there is no information about the grave or grave form content. However, KV31 KV30 could be next to the location for an existing quartz and sandstone sarcophagus, which dates from the 18th Dynasty. This was donated by Earl Belmore to the British Museum. Today the tomb is filled with debris.
