Kyoichi Katayama

Kyoichi Katayama (片 山 恭 一Japanese, Katayama Kyoichi; born January 5, 1959 in Uwajima ) is a Japanese writer.

Katayama is a graduate of Kyushu University. His debut as a writer he had with Kehai 1986. Since the great success of his book The weight of happiness he has devoted himself entirely to writing. The book was translated into German by Thomas Eggenberg.
