Kyra T. Inachin

Kyra T. Inachin ( born May 19, 1968 in New York; † 10 January 2012) was a German historian, who worked primarily in the field of Modern and Contemporary History.

Life and work

Kyra T. Inachin grew up in Lampert home and studied from 1987 to 1992 history, English and political science at the University of Mannheim and graduated as a Master of Arts from. Since her graduation in 1995 she worked as a research assistant at the Department of Pomeranian History and Area Studies at the Ernst- Moritz- Arndt- University of Greifswald. In 2002 she qualified as a professor. After that, she was a lecturer and from 2008 it was recorded as an impairment professor with working area " General History of the newest is" active at the Historical Institute of the University of Greifswald.

She has published several writings on the development of the German parliamentary system and the parties and the Pomeranian, Prussia and Mecklenburg history.

Woman Inachin died on 10 January 2012 after a long illness.
