L. J. van Zyl
LJ van Zyl (Louis Jacobus van Zyl, born July 20, 1985 in Bloemfontein ) is a South African athlete. The hurdler starts on the 400 - meter track.
The Junior World Champion from 2002 in 2005 at the World Championships in Helsinki sixth. In 2006 he won at the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne gold in the 400m hurdles with the South African team silver in the 4 x 400 - meter relay and won the title at the Africa Athletics Championships in Bambous.
