Battle of the Rails is a 1946 published film about the struggle of the French railway workers against the Nazis. Originally, the film was intended as a documentary, it was ultimately but one feature film. The premiere date was February 27, 1946, the same year in September, the performance at the first International Film Festival of Cannes. There is a restored version of the film was presented in 2010.
