La Bionda

La Bionda is an Italian musical duo of brothers Carmelo and Michelangelo La Bionda. They are considered representative of the Italo disco.

Life

The two brothers Carmelo and Michelangelo La Bionda grew up in Milan. In 1970, she began as a composer, music producer and record publisher. As a songwriter they were in 1970 with "Primo Sole, Primo Fiore " Ricchi e Poveri for on the Song Festival in Venice successfully. In the early 1970s she recorded two albums Fratelli La Bionda srl and Tutto va bene on in the Apple Studios in London, where they assisted Nicky Hopkins as a pianist. They wrote for the Italian singer Mia Martini the song " Bianca Neve, Amica, Gentile se vuoi ". Michelangelo La Bionda 1975 played acoustic guitar on the album Volume VIII of Fabrizio De Andre. Your summer hit One For You, One For Me reached number three in June 1978 in the German charts. In the 1980s they produced, among others, the duo Righeira and had titled Vamos a la playa in Europe a further chart success.
