La Condamine

La Condamine is a municipality (French quartier ) in the Principality of Monaco on the Cote d' Azur. It is located between Monaco -Ville and Monte Carlo.

The district is centered around Port Hercule ( Port de Monaco). Start and finish area of the Grand Prix of Monaco and the swimming pool Stade Nautique Rainier III are in Condamine.

History

According to the Constitution of 1911, the principality was subdivided into three municipalities. One of them was La Condamine. The other two were Monaco (Monaco -Ville ) and Monte Carlo. Already in 1917 the church was dissolved. Since then, consists of only one municipality Monaco.
