The hydroelectric power plant La Grande -4 (French Centrale La Grande -4 or LG -4 ) is a storage power plant in the Canadian province of Québec. It is located in the region Jamesie on the river La Grande Rivière

The power plant is part of the James Bay hydroelectric project, has nine Francis turbines and is fed from a dam Réservoir La Grande 4. The installed capacity of generators is 2779 MW, the drop height of 116.7 meters. Operators of the power plant is the Société d' énergie de la Baie James, a subsidiary of the state-owned power utility Hydro-Québec. The power plant is underground and is located in a 246 m long, 31.6 m wide and 47 m high cavern. Construction began in 1978, the plant was commissioned in stages, between 1984 and 1986.

A five-kilometer access road that is not open to private vehicles, leads south to Highway Route Transtaïga. Another five kilometers away is the settlement Keyano, which was built in 1978 for the construction workers and today serves the operation and maintenance staff.
