Two men, a pig and the night of Paris is a French comedy film from 1956 with Jean Gabin, Bourvil and Louis de Funès, which ran in the cinema also titled Across Paris. Directed by Claude Autant - Lara, the screenplay based on a short story by Marcel Aymé.

Action

The film takes place 1942/43, in Paris during the German occupation. The unemployed taxi driver Martin ( Bourvil ) accepts occasional transport for the black market. His assistant was arrested, so that a casual acquaintance, Grandgil (Jean Gabin ) goes into business. The butcher Jambier (Louis de Funès ) hands them a black slaughtered pig in four suitcases that Martin and Grandgil now at night need to move through occupied Paris, while some surprises and dangers are exposed, they are taken up, for example, by the German Gestapo.
