Laâyoune Province
Laayoune is a province of occupied and administered by Morocco Western Sahara. It belongs to the region of Laayoune - Boujdour - Sakia El Hamra, and includes the northwestern part of Western Sahara and southern regions of Morocco. To the north it borders with Morocco. The province has 210 023 inhabitants ( 2004).
In the province there is the rich phosphate deposits Bou Craa.
