River Lab in Podujevo

The Lab (Albanian Llapi; Serbian Cyrillic Лаб ) is a river which rises in the Kopaonik mountain in northern Kosovo near the village of Palatna.

From there it flows (Albanian: Stanofci i poshtëm ) in a southerly direction, it flows through the community and Podujevo little northwest of Pristina at the place Stanovc empties into the river Sitnica. The total flow length of the Lab is about 72 km. After the river and the region north of Pristina is called Llapi.
