Labour law
Employment law covers all laws, regulations and other binding rules for paid employment, paid employment. Content distinction is made between the individual labor law ( relationship between employers and employees) and the collective labor law ( relationship between trade unions and works or staff councils on the one hand and employers' organizations and employers on the other side - see also coalition and coalition law). An important part of labor law is the protection of workers.
The labor is regulated differently in each state, by way of example:

- Labour Law ( Switzerland )
In the European Union it comes with the liberalization of the labor market at a transnational labor law.
