Lac Simard is a lake at the headwaters of the Ottawa River in the administrative region Abitibi- Témiscamingue the Canadian province of Quebec.

Lac Simard is 25 kilometers west of Réservoir Decelles and 50 km east of Lac Témiscamingue. The lake is a widening of the Ottawa River, 18 km long and up to 12 km wide. The water area is 170 km ².

The community Laforce and the Indian settlement on the south shore of Lake Winneway lie Simard.
