Lacey Conner

Lacey Conner ( born June 10, 1976 in Dallas, Texas) is an American singer and songwriter of the heavy metal band Nocturne. In addition, she has been seen in several reality shows on VH1. By taking part in Rock of Love with Bret Michaels and Charm School, both of which were aired on MTV Germany, she obtained an additional level of awareness outside the United States. Her family has Irish roots. She currently lives in Dallas.

Career

Musical career

In 1999 she founded together with Chris Telkes the band Nocturne with which they previously published 5 albums. The band toured together bands like Pigface, Genitorturers and King Diamond. Since 2006 she is working on her solo career. Otis Conner (her father ) produced the music video for their single This Thing Called Love. Since 2010 she plays in the Belgian acid house band Lords of Acid.

Play-acting

Lacey Conner was known by her appearance on Rock of Love with Bret Michaels internationally. It was followed by other performances at Charm School and I Love Money. Conner produces its own Internet show, which is believed to be seen this year on American television. She has received two requests from American broadcasters. In January 2009 she was elected spokesperson of Dean Guitars at NAMM webhost ( National Association of Music Merchandisers ). Thousands of people saw this webcast. Due to the high demand she was asked at the next NAMM webhost to act again as a speaker. In 2013 she appeared in the music video You're Insane Escape the Fate with.

Lacey Conner is a philanthropist. She is a member of several organizations that try to protect human rights. She is also active in associations protested against genocide. Furthermore, it is in the Los Angeles area, a known supporter of animal welfare and environmental activist. In spring 2007, she founded the New Dawn Pet Rescue to find the attempts abandoned dogs and cats in Los Angeles new families.
