Lacrosse at the 1904 Summer Olympics

In the III. Olympics 1904 in St. Louis, a competition was held in lacrosse. It was reported four teams, but did not appear the Brooklyn Crescents, so that only three teams competed in the tournament Francis Field Stadium.

The Mohawk Indians of Canada, a composite of Mohawk Indians from the area around Brantford Ontario team met on September 4, 1904 the St. Louis Amateur Athletic Association. The locals won the game 2-0 and met in the second game on September 7, 1904 the Shamrocks from Winnipeg. In this " final " won the Canadians clearly with 8:2.
