The Ľadový stit ( German Eistaler tip) is the third highest mountain in the High Tatras and Slovakia. It is N.M. 2627 m high.

The mighty summit of the Maly Ľadový stit ( 2611 m nm and 2608 m nm; German Markasitturm ) in the southwest by the saddle Ľadová štrbina and the Zadný Ľadový stit ( 2507 m nm; German Eistaler shoulder) to the northeast through the saddle Ľadová Priehyba separately. To the west, the relatively long ridge Suchy Hreben stretches into the valley Javorová Valley.

The first known ascent was made by the Irishman John Ball and Wilhelm Richter, accompanied by local mountain guide in the summer of 1843. The first winter ascent succeeded Theodor Wundt with the leader Jakob Horvay on 28 December 1891 the eastern ridge Kon.

From Stary Smokovec a green hiking trail will lead through the valley of Malá studená valley, past the chalets Zamkovského chata (formerly Nálepkova chata ) and Téryho chata (2015 m nm) to the base of the wall of the Eistaler tip.
