Lajos Balázsovits

Lajos Balázsovits ( born December 4, 1946 in Nagykanizsa ) is a Hungarian actor.

Life

Balázsovits studied from 1965 to 1969 at the Budapest theater and film school. In 1968, he turned with Isten és ember előtt (translated: Before God and man ), directed by Károly Makk his first feature film. Multiple Balázsovits worked in the following years under the direction of Miklós Jancsó, so in Shimmering winds (1968 ), Red Psalm (1972 ), My Love - Elektra (1974 ) and the permissive movie The great orgy (1974). Balázsovits belonged from 1969 to the ensemble of Madách Theatre in Budapest and played from 1974 to 1979 at the Budapest Comedy Theatre.
