The Baao Lake is a lake in the province of Camarines Sur in the Bicol region in the Philippines. The lake is located west of the Iriga volcano, the eponymous municipality Baao is located about 4.8 km east of the lake.

The lake covers an area of 1.77 km ² and is part of the water catchment area of ​​the Bicol River. Important commercial fish species of snakehead Channa striata, the tilapia Tilapia mossambica and Tilapia nilotica and predatory catfish ( Clarias sp.).
