Lake Nyuk

Njuk (Russian Нюк, Finnish Nuokkijärvi ) is a lake in the Republic of Karelia in northwestern Russia.

The lake has an area of 214 km ². Including islands 220 km ². The height is 134 m. There are numerous islands in the lake. Main tributary of the lake is the Nogeusjoki. The Njuk has two drains, Rastas ( Растас ) and Chjame ( Хяме ), both about 11 km in the east extending Tschirka -Kem, a tributary of Kem, lead.
