Lakis Nikolaou

Pantelis Nikolaou (also Lakis Nikolaou, Greek Λάκης Νικολάου, born July 17, 1949) is a former Greek football player.

Playing career

Nikolaou played his entire career at AEK Athens. He won in the period of 1961-1984 five Greek league titles and four times the Greek Cup

International Nikolaou played 15 times for the Greek national team. He participated in the European Football Championship in 1980 partly in Italy, where it was used once.

After playing career

Nikolaou already studied in addition to his football career medicine. He specialized in after completing his studies in orthopedics. He was club doctor AEK Athens and Olympiakos Piraeus. From 1997-1998 he was club president of AEK Athens.
