Laksa

Laksa is a Southeast Asian soup from Malaysia and Singapore. It is prepared based on coconut milk and chili and typically contains rice noodles or noodles, vegetables, fish and crabs. There are numerous variants such as Penang laksa ( Malaysian ) or Katong laksa ( Singaporean ). Laksa is considered the national dish of Singapore.
