Lambert Redd

Lambert Redd (Charles Lambert Redd, born February 18, 1908 in Grafton, Illinois, † February 1986 in Quincy, Illinois) was an American long and triple jumper.

In 1932, he was starting for the Bradley University, in both disciplines with its respective personal best of 7.78 m and 14.71 m NCAA champion.

In the same year he won at the Olympic Games in Los Angeles with 7.60 m silver medal behind compatriot Ed Gordon ( 7.64 m ) and before the Japanese Nambu Chūhei (7.45 m).
