Lamian

Laghman (Chinese拉面, Pinyin lamian, Russian Лагман, Uzbek Lagmon / Лағмон ) is a Central Asian and Chinese ( Dungan / Uighur ) food that is made ​​of meat (usually lamb) cooked, vegetables and special noodles.

The eponymous noodles are not cut from a sheet of dough, but rather are drawn from a piece of dough noodles. Depending on the method of preparation is similar to Laghman soup or a pasta dish.

Depending on the region, the recipe is different, so it is prepared, for example, in northern Afghanistan with chickpeas. It is known to court in most countries of the former Soviet Union, as the national court, it is considered in countries such as Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.
