Lamian

Laghman (Chinese拉面, Pinyin lamian, Russian Лагман, Uzbek Lagmon / Лағмон ) is a Central Asian and Chinese ( Dungan / Uighur ) food that is made ​​of meat (usually lamb) cooked, vegetables and special noodles.

The eponymous noodles are not cut from a sheet of dough, but rather are drawn from a piece of dough noodles. Depending on the method of preparation is similar to Laghman soup or a pasta dish.
