Landshut Castle

The Landshut Castle is a moated castle in the municipality Utzenstorf in the canton of Bern, Switzerland.

Documented, it is mentioned already in 1253, but the current design dates mostly from the 17th century. From 1514 to 1798 the castle was the seat of the Bernese bailiff and then served until 1958 as a private country house.

Today, the Swiss Museum of Wildlife and Hunting is housed.
