Lanfranc of Milan

Guido, Giovanni or John Lanfranc of Milan ( Lanfranci, Lanfranco da Milano, Lanfranc de Milan, Lanfranchi of Milan, Ianfranc de Milan, Lanfranco Milanese, Lanfrancus Mediolanensis, Lanfrancus Mediolanus ) (ca. 1245 - before 1306) was a pupil of William of saliceto and applies to Guy de Chauliac as the most important surgeon of the Middle Ages.
