Large Professor
Large Professor ( born March 21, 1972; actually William Paul Mitchell ) is an American black music producer and MC. He is best known as a member of the group Main Source from the late 1980s to the 1990s, and as a producer of the debut album Illmatic rapper Nas, which is referred to as a classic among connoisseurs.
His first solo album called The LP presented Large Professor completed in 1995, but it was only published in 2002. In addition, he published in the same year the album First Class with completely new material. The album was not suitable for mass production and achieved poor sales, so it fell into criticism. On the album, among others, Nas, Busta Rhymes and Q-Tip were represented.
