Larry Darnell Fitzgerald, Jr. ( born August 31, 1983 in Minneapolis, Minnesota) is an American professional American football player at the position of wide receiver. He plays for the Arizona Cardinals in the National Football League ( NFL).

Career

Fitzgerald played from 2002 to 2004 for the University of Pittsburgh and was viewed by his time in Pittsburgh as one of the best wide receiver in college football. In 2004 he was selected as the third player in the NFL Draft by the Arizona Cardinals.
