Lars Erik Lund
Lars Erik Lund (born 25 July 1974 in Oslo) is a Norwegian ice hockey player who plays for Vålerenga IF since 2001 Oslo in the Norwegian GET - ligaen.
Career
Lund began his career as a hockey player in his hometown at Vålerenga IF Oslo, for the first team, he was active in the GET ligaen 1996-1999. Then he spent two years in the league rivals Frisk Tigers. In 2001 he returned to Oslo and playing since then solely for the capital club. He is a seven-time Norwegian champion ( 1998, 1999, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2009) and can play both in attack and defense.
Internationally
For Norway, Lund took part in the U18 European Junior Championships in 1992 and the Junior B World Championships in 1993 and 1994. In the senior level, he stood in his country's squad at the B World Cup 2004 as well as in the A World Championships in 2006, 2007 and 2009. Moreover, he played for Norway at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver and the qualifying tournament for this.
