Lars Petter Nordhaug

Lars Petter Nord Haug (born 14 May 1984) is a Norwegian cyclist.

Lars Petter Haug North was at the Mountain Bike World Championships 2001 in the United States, second in the cross country race of juniors and so won the silver medal. Since 2005, he runs for the Norwegian road cycling team Bianchi Interspons. In his first year he was fifth in the Ringerike Grand Prix. In 2006 he won the national championship in road racing. The road Cycling World Championships in Salzburg, he started in the road race in the U23 class, where he was 75th.

As of 2010 stood Nordhoug the British ProTeam Sky under contract. In the 2011 season, his best results were a fifth-place finish at the national championships and sixth place in the Coppa Sabatini. His expiring contract was extended in late 2011 through 2012. In this year he probably the biggest success of his career with victory at the UCI World Tour Grand Prix Cycliste de Montréal associated. After the 2012 season, he will leave the team Sky Procycling.
