Lascari
Lascari is a city in the province of Palermo in the Italian region Sicily, with 3542 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012).
Location and data
Lascari is located 63 km east of Palermo entlernt not far from the Tyrrhenian Sea. The inhabitants mainly work in agriculture.
The neighboring municipalities are Campo Felice di Roccella, Cefalù, Collesano and Gratteri.
History
The present town was built in the 18th century. At the time, the place was a district of Gratteri. The richest rule was at that time the family Abbate.
Attractions
The San Michele Arcangelo church dates from the 17th century.
