Lateral sural cutaneous nerve

The cutaneous nerve surae lateralis (Latin for lateral skin nerve of the calf) is a nerve of the leg. He is a branch of the peroneal nerve and supplies the skin of the lateral knee and lower leg. He also dismisses a connecting branch ( communicating branch ), which joins the medial sural cutaneous nerve and then forms the sural nerve.
