Laubach, Cochem-Zell

Laubach is a municipality in the district Cochem-Zell, in Rhineland -Palatinate. It belongs to the municipality Kaisersesch and is a nationally recognized tourist.

Geography

Laubach is located five kilometers west of the city Kaisersesch on a sloping with the springing here Kaulenbach south grounds. The village comprises altitudes between 485 m above sea level. History

The first mention Laubachs comes from the year 1455, when the village was sold to the Earl of Virneburg. 1548 took over Kurtrier the sovereign rights.
