Laucha-Schwarzeiche

In the administration of Community Lauchagrund Black Oak of Saalekreis in Saxony-Anhalt two municipalities were merged to form the settlement of administrative transactions. The name comes from the two rivers Lauchagrund and black oak.

History

The management community was first dissolved with effect from 22 March 2005. The city Schafstädt was incorporated into the administrative community bathroom Lauchstaedt, Delitz the mountain was free community administrative unit community.

The community Delitz am Berge appealed the resolution a contradiction. By decision of 5 April 2005, the Administrative Court Hall fixed (Saale ), that the administrative community Lauchagrund Black Oak persists with the member communities Schafstädt and Delitz the mountain.

On 1 January 2008, the administrative community was dissolved and incorporated the two communities in the town of Bad Lauchstaedt.
