Lauli

Lauli is a village (Estonian küla ) in the Estonian rural community Vihula in Lääne -Viru county.

The village has five inhabitants ( 2008). It belongs to the area of the National Park Lahemaa ( Lahemaa Rahvuspark ).

Lauli was first mentioned in documents in 1469. Probably the settlement is already much older. Near the village two prehistoric cult stones were found.

In Lauli is now home to an FM transmission tower to broadcast radio programs.
