Laumesfeld
Laumesfeld ( Lorraine Laumëschfeld ) is a commune of 256 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Moselle in the Lorraine region. It belongs to the district of Thionville -Est and Canton Sierck- les- Bains.
Geography
Laumesfeld is located about 21 kilometers east of Thionville, near the border with Germany at an altitude 234-306 m above sea level. The municipality covers 8.30 km ² (830 ha), and the population density is 22 inhabitants per km ².
The municipality Laumesfeld since 1812, the two villages are Calembourg ( Kalemburg ) and Hargarten.
