Laura del Sol
Laura del Sol ( born November 27, 1961 in Barcelona, native Laura Escofet Arce ) is a Spanish actress and flamenco dancer.
She grew up since their first year of life in Bilbao and spent her school years in a Carmelite monastery. By Pablo and Maria Soledad Escofet Arce she received ballet training and was from 15 years to ballet company of their parents.
In Madrid, she was selected at a casting producer Emiliano Piedra from among numerous candidates for the title role in his dance film Carmen. Through their dance and acting performance she contributed significantly to the generally accepted success of this production, directed by Carlos Saura.
After del Sol played for years leading roles in international film. Since the turn of the millennium it appeared primarily in television productions.
