Lauren Stamile

Lauren Stamile ( born September 12, 1976 in Tulsa, Oklahoma ) is an American actress.

Biography

Stamile was the third of five children in Tulsa. Her father is a nurse physicist and her mother. After attending Cascia Hall Preparatory School, the US-American holds a theater degree from Northwestern University in Illinois. She then began her acting career in New York City.

Her first roles on television were cameos and supporting roles in various films, shows and series such as the Drew Carey Show, Without a Trace, CSI: Miami or scrubs. A wider audience is known Lauren Stamile in the recurring role of Nurse Rose from Grey's Anatomy. In the fourth season of the series, it embodies the girlfriend of the surgeon Derek Shepherd, played by Patrick Dempsey. In the American television series Community, she played some episodes the series girlfriend of the main character Jeff Winger, played by Joel McHale.

In the German synchronization her voice by Dasha Lehmann is spoken.

2009 married Lauren Stamile screenwriter Randy Zamcheck.
