Laut Island

According to ( old spelling: Laoet ) is an island off the southeast coast of Borneo in the Indonesian province of Kalimantan Selatan. It is 2062 km ² and has about 80,000 inhabitants. The 725 meters above sea level located Bamega is on the highest mountain sound. The island forms the southwestern corner of the Makassar Strait; in the south it borders the Java Sea.
