Lavatory – Lovestory

Lavatory Love Story is a Russian animated short film directed by Konstantin bronşit from the year 2007. The film was shown on 2 March 2007 in the Russian cinemas.

Action

The cleaning lady a public toilet sits every day in her cabin, empties the small mayonnaise jar in which they collect the small change for toilet use, eating just before its 12 sections and then cleans the toilet room. Otherwise, it reads the newspaper Happy woman and feels lonely. When she returns one day from cleaning the toilet room, plugged into a mayonnaise jar bouquet of red flowers. She is confused, she takes out of the glass, as no one can throw more money makes it back inside and throws it at some point in the bin. Shortly thereafter, standing on her desk with a bunch of blue flowers with yellow later one. The cleaning lady running with the yellow flowers each cabin looking for the charm of flowers and throws a customer even in the toilet bowl, from which they must pull it out.

Then the woman the bringer of flowers can not locate - even a trace of red flowers, which leads to the outside, brings no result - it is sad and starts to cry. Soon, however, she sees a fresh footprints leading to a toilet cubicle. A petal flies under the door and into the cabin is the man whom the woman had bumped accidentally into the toilet bowl. Around him are petals, embarrassed, he holds her two halbzerrupfte flowers all around. You hugged him enthusiastically and all petals are swirled in the air. A little later, both sit in the cab of the woman reading a newspaper and have next to the mayonnaise jar for the money and a ketchup glass stand, in which flowers are. In the ladies room, meanwhile, lacks the janitor, who apologized with a sign - it's the new mistress of the cleaning lady.

Awards

Lavatory Love Story 2009 was nominated for an Oscar in the category " Best Animated Short Film ", but could not prevail against Tsumiki no Ie itself.
