LaVonna Martin

LaVonna Martin ( LaVonna Ann Martin, after marriage Martin- Floreal, born November 18, 1966 in Dayton, Ohio) is a former American hurdler whose special route was the 100-meter distance.

In her college days she went to the University of Tennessee and was the 1987 and 1988 NCAA indoor champion in the 55 - meter hurdles. At the Pan American Games in 1987, she won gold at the World Championships in Rome, she was eighth. The following year, she reached the semi-finals at the 1988 Olympic Games in Seoul.
