Le Haut-Richelieu Regional County Municipality
Le Haut -Richelieu is a regional county municipality (French municipalité régional du comté, MRC ) in the Canadian province of Quebec.
It is located in the Montérégie administrative region and consists of 14 subordinate administrative units (a city, eleven municipalities and two Sprengel ). The MRC was established on 1 January 1982. The capital is Saint -Jean -sur- Richelieu. The population is 114 218 and the area of 935.7 km ², representing a population density of 122.1 inhabitants per km ².
