Le Pescher

Le pesher ( Occitan Lo Peschier ) is a commune with 276 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Corrèze on the western edge of the Massif Central. The municipality is a member of the Association of Municipalities Canton de Beynat. The inhabitants call themselves Le Pescherois (it).

Geography

Tulle, prefecture of the department is located, about 30 kilometers north, Brive- la -Gaillarde about 24 kilometers north-west and Beaulieu -sur -Dordogne approximately 16 kilometers southeast.

Neighboring communities of Le pesher are Beynat in the north, Lostanges the east and southeast, Saint- Bazile -de- Meyssac the southwest, Lagleygeolle in the west and Sérilhac in the northwest.

Traffic

The junction 52 to the A20 Motorway is located approximately 29 kilometers north-west.
