Le Saulcy

Le Saulcy is a commune in the Lorraine region. It belongs to the Vosges, the Arrondissement of Saint- Dié -des-Vosges, in the canton of Senones and community association Pays de Senones.

Geography

The main settlement is located on 453 m in the Vosges four kilometers west of the 641 m high Col du Hantz. The heavily forested, less than 10 km ² comprehensive municipal area extends below the Vosges main ridge of the valleys of the tributaries Rabodeau - La Goutte and Le Grand Bouchard. The highest elevations of the community can be found in the northeast on the border of Alsace (La Boulée 851 m, south-east slopes of La Haute Loge 910 m)

Le Saulcy consists of the villages and hamlets of Saint- Jean du Mont, Le Harcholet, La Parrière and Quieux.

Neighboring communities of Le Saulcy are Moussey in the north, Plaine, Grand Fontaine and La Broque in the northeast, Belval in the Southeast, Le Puid in the south and Le Mont in the West.
