Lebanese Premier League

The Lebanese Premier League (French Championnat du Liban de Football; Arab الدوري اللبناني لكرة القدم ) is the highest football league in Lebanon. It was founded in 1934 and is part of the AFC, the Continental Association of Asia. At the League take part twelve clubs. Due to the civil war in Lebanon not a regular match operations took place from 1975 to 1987. Following the resumption of the league club Al- Ansar set a world record when he won twelve championships in a row from 1988 to 1999. Mode
